The house is a Large Queenslander (not an apartment) with its own garden and outdoor eating area. It is in an incredible inner city location only a seven minute walk to Queen Street Mall and even closer to Central Railway Station.

There is also a free Spring Hill Loop Bus which runs every 10 minutes.

A pleasant walk to QUT, TAFE, South Bank and other central Brisbane locations.

There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and toilet and the other is a separate shower and toilet.

The living room has a large screen television, sitting and dining area.
